1. Introduction

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases placed on https://www.scandisocks.co.uk. By placing an order with Scandi Socks, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

2. Orders & Pricing

• All prices on our store are listed in Pounds Sterling (£ GBP) and include applicable UK taxes.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or cancel orders resulting from typographical inaccuracies.
• Once you complete checkout, you will receive an automated order confirmation via email. Order acceptance occurs when your items are packed and dispatched from our UK fulfilment centre.

3. Sizing & Fit Specifications

Our socks are knitted using dedicated moulds designed for standard UK footwear sizes:

• Women's Sizing: Tailored for UK sizes 4–8 (EU 36–41).
• Men's Sizing: Tailored with reinforced heel pockets for UK sizes 7–10 (EU 41–45).
• Unisex Sizing: Flexible hygge fit engineered for UK sizes 6–11.

If you find that a selected size does not fit comfortably upon delivery, unworn pairs may be exchanged under our 30-day guarantee.

4. Dispatch & Delivery

• Orders are dispatched from our domestic UK depot via Royal Mail Tracked.
• Orders placed before 2:00 PM Monday through Friday are packed the same afternoon. Orders placed over the weekend or on UK bank holidays are dispatched the next business day.
• Standard Royal Mail Tracked delivery takes approximately 3–5 working days. Express options take 1–2 working days.
• Orders totalling £30 or more qualify for free standard UK tracked delivery.

5. 30-Day Returns & Exchanges

We provide a 30-day money-back guarantee:

• Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with header tags intact.
• To initiate a return or swap a size mould, fill out the form on our contact page or email scandisocksuk@gmail.com with your order number.
• Upon receipt and inspection at our UK warehouse, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

6. Faulty or Damaged Items

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, contact us immediately with a photo and your order number. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

7. Care & Laundering

To ensure maximum longevity of merino wool fibres, socks must be washed inside out at 30°C on a wool or gentle cycle, without fabric conditioners, and line-dried away from direct heat sources. Shrinkage or fibre degradation resulting from high-heat tumble drying or washing above 30°C is not covered under our warranty.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
